    Did changing the front idlers stop the knocking sound it made? Just curious as I have the same issue with the knocking noise

      Nah. Still does it. But, as shown in the video, there is no evidence of excessive wear on the frame where the idler sits. There was very minimal wear on the idler itself, again, as shown in the video. The sound hasn't become worse almost a year later. I'm calling it normal.

    Curious, why not run a sawzall thru the track and save a lot of effort removing it? Unless its being recycled for some $ and required it to be in tact seems that would save a lot of time and hassle.

      It would take a long time with a Sawzall. If you watch Andrew Camarata's channel he tried that. Didn't work out well. But more important, I'm keeping the tracks as spares. They still have some service in them especially if I have a job that would be rough on tracks.
