    Homemade Samosa Patti
    Ingredients:
    -All purpose of flour (Maida) 2 Cups
    -Salt (Namak) 1 tsp
    -Ghee 2 tbs
    -Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
    Directions:
    -In bowl,add flour,salt, melted ghee and mix well.
    -Gradually add water and knead until soft dough is formed.
    -Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
    -Knead dough again and cut the dough with cutter into 12 pieces
    - Now sprinkle flour on working surface and roll out dough with the help of rolling pin and grease with oil and sprinkle flour on 6 rolled dough.
    -On one rolled dough,place other rolled dough over it (makes 6 layers in this way) and roll out with the help of the rolling pin.
    -Heat tawa and cook on low flame for 30 seconds each side.
    -Cut it in roll or samosa patti size with cutter and can be freeze in a zip lock bag for up to 3 weeks.
    - Don't waste reaming edges make their papri for chaat .
    All the recipes and dishes I have made are referenced and learned on the internet, youtube, google... I'm not the first to make them, not the first to create a certain dish. . I just change the ingredients to make the dish suit my taste. And I just hope my video has an easy way to communicate so that you can successfully make the dishes that you like.
