- Ever wondered why your triceps don't look any bigger... Well it's probably because you're focusing on the wrong head.
The true meat of your triceps and your arms for that matter comes from the inner head of your triceps and this video will show the exact exercises + variations you need to grow bigger inner triceps!!! - Sport
Guy with big triceps teaches how to get big triceps. Subbed
If Seth Feroce likes it then I’m a fan for sure! Sup big guy
@@pbnak That's not really Seth. It's a fake account with 18 subscribers. lol
Fuck Seth your legit through and through. Putting in terms we can all understand.
Lol. Exactly I did the same thing💯
*shows zero pics of the inner tricep for good reason*
Love how straight to the point and “user friendly” his videos are.
Gotta tell you, your presentation skills are on the money. You’ve taken the normal 10 - 15+ minute video we normally see elsewhere, cut out the bs and got to the point. Outstanding!
And wow, no prepubescent dick jokes.
Bro where have u been all these years??! great work man! Keep em coming
Learning how to use a camera and be able to get through a sentence without stumbling on every word.
Thanks for the comments!
@@RyanHumiston glad that you r here now :)
abzdine straight to the point. What we need
Dude, I cannot tell you how great this video is for me.
I have always struggled with my triceps. Even at my biggest (which is not that big- 215 pounds at 6 feet), my arms looks really big from the front or sides but EMBARRASSINGLY small from the back. I think this will be a huge benefit. I did nothing like this when training.
Thank you!
Little talking more showing, just how these vids should be. Thank you.
Been doing these reverse grip tricep pull downs for the past year and finally got the horseshoe showing. Great content. Quick, informed and straight to the point. Earned my sub.
My training and improvements have come from watching and implementing all the info from Ryan. It takes time, patience, blood, sweat and tears along with an anabolic cookbook and all of this has changed my life and health. Thank you Ryan for all that you do, it is truly appreciated. Remember, mind and muscle connection, training hard and what you put in your piehole, not ego lifting will produce the results you want.
I'm going to start calling you GOAT of workout training videos. Teaching is an art. You have mastered it. Thank you for not making 14 minute video repeating the same shit we already know.
Finally some good old fashion training techniques from somebody who knows what they're talking about, leadership by example, great job keep them coming
Been training for some time now, within seconds of watching learning new stuff. No nonsense, direct, pragmatic, accurate advise. Subscribed. Awesome content
The youtuber that we’ve all been waiting for. No bullshit, straight to the point, and fucking YOKED HELL YEAH. Finally someone who doesnt spend 3 hours explaining 3 exercises 💪🏽
Ryan Humiston..most complete videos on strength training. Most generous man. Noble soul. God bless Ryan Humiston. World's top bloke in strength training.
Currently walking away from powerlifting style workouts and focus more on bodybuilding this channel is great for technique and attention to detail and you deserve more subscribers
I can bot believe how good u are at explaining these things. You make the science and the demonstrations quick to the point. Thank you so much.
Ryan is killing it right now, last week was 48.2k subs, and not he’s 68k. His content is what everybody needed.
I love how approachable you come across, definitely some great advice and good videos, very down to earth kinda guy and not just in the video to show off.
All your video clean, quick and to the point. No bullshit intro or mumbling tons of useless info for hours. Keep going.

Awesome content buddy. Recently subscribed and love watching your videos!
THANKS DOC // your advice has me growing at 56 yrs young .. LIKE IM BACK MAKING GAINS.
Another great video, and I've gotten into focusing on that head lately. It has really helped to improve the overall shape of my upper arm. The first exercise - the palms-up cable pushdown - i like to do it standing facing away from the cable stack, obviously putting the cable very high, and I think this helps automatically with that cue of making an arc over the elbows. The medial head has been found to be highly activated at 90 degrees of shoulder elevation (humerus parallel to the floor). I find 90 degrees or slightly more gives the best feel, but this feel is also affected by how far away from the stack you go, as well as being affected by your height and how high the cable originates. Might need to fine tune exactly how you execute it.
I LOVE doing French presses like that. People say I have good triceps. It’s mainly those, dips and close grip neck press.
His last method is new. I’m definitely trying that!
Love this channel.
