  • Ever wondered why your triceps don't look any bigger... Well it's probably because you're focusing on the wrong head.
The true meat of your triceps and your arms for that matter comes from the inner head of your triceps and this video will show the exact exercises + variations you need to grow bigger inner triceps!!!

Dude, I cannot tell you how great this video is for me.
I have always struggled with my triceps. Even at my biggest (which is not that big- 215 pounds at 6 feet), my arms looks really big from the front or sides but EMBARRASSINGLY small from the back. I think this will be a huge benefit. I did nothing like this when training.
    Thank you!

It takes time, patience, blood, sweat and tears along with an anabolic cookbook and all of this has changed my life and health. Thank you Ryan for all that you do, it is truly appreciated. Remember, mind and muscle connection, training hard and what you put in your piehole, not ego lifting will produce the results you want.

Another great video, and I've gotten into focusing on that head lately. It has really helped to improve the overall shape of my upper arm. The first exercise - the palms-up cable pushdown - i like to do it standing facing away from the cable stack, obviously putting the cable very high, and I think this helps automatically with that cue of making an arc over the elbows. The medial head has been found to be highly activated at 90 degrees of shoulder elevation (humerus parallel to the floor). I find 90 degrees or slightly more gives the best feel, but this feel is also affected by how far away from the stack you go, as well as being affected by your height and how high the cable originates. Might need to fine tune exactly how you execute it.
