Sticking with him won't lead you anywhere either. Sacking a manager is not a problem if you are good at recruiting. Bayern and Madrid are experts at that. They have been so successful by sacking managers almost every two seasons. Bt they don't appoint the likes of Moyes, Ole, EtH. They recruit proper coaches.

@@andyc2433 ETH qualified for UCL in his first season and won a trophy..this season is bad so far but half of his squad was injured for almost half a season..United with Licha, Casemiro and proper left back plays 30% better than without them. If Onana can keep his form and if United manages to add some depth in their squad this summer they can easily get top 4 next season and maybe even more.
@@andyc2433 he's made 2 finals, won 1 and hopefully should get to another. Arteta was 8th 8th and his FA Cup wasn't a full season. Better win percentage than both Klopp and Arteta at this point and finished above Klopp last season and just knocked his team out the FA Cup 👍

Bunch of players that are donkeys under Ole and has revitalized a lot of them. Maguire, AWB, Dalot, McTominay, Garnacho, Rasmus, have all gotten better under him.
Give him time to get rid of players under a better upper management hopefully.

@@halfzed62He wouldn’t last a few years if we became a mid table club. Most are saying to give him another year since most agree that most good managers need to be given some time. Sure we could point to occasions where a manager has come in and done very well his first and/ or second year. But there are many factors that contribute to that success. Not just the manager.
What you are suggesting is that if the “right” manager comes in we will win things right away. If we don’t challenge for a title and win another trophy next year then I’m sure people will listen to ur Ten Hag out cries. For now probably better to save your breath.
What Ineos did they have showed us that they're really want to change united. They know what they're doing. The problem of united it's not about Manager it's all about injuries and ws have to get rid of other players and get some good ones.

We've had world class managers come and go. We need to finally stick with someone, and ETH is the man. Won 4 league titles on the bounce at Ajax, and almost made the UCL final beating Real Madrid and Juventus along the way. The players, culture, and infrastructures at the club are what has caused the downfall.

This is exactly what Brighton owned up to doing and that’s always having a shortlist of managers in case there’s the need for change. Proactive rather than reactive. This doesn’t mean ETH is likely to leave, it just means that we’re prepared for if things go south fast or he chooses to go elsewhere suddenly

I am a Man United supporter. I think Ten Hag is a good coach. Though this season has not been good, they should continue with him. The club should aspire to great heights. Just getting Top 4 is not enough. They should aspire to come close to Liverpool, Arsenal and Man City. They should also aspire to at least reach the Quarter Finals in Europe.

Ten Hag is currently the right man for Man Utd, and lucky for us he is already at the club.
MUFC will give ETH the whole of next season at best to transform the club into fighting on all fronts and competing back with/in the top 4 IMO, just have to give him the time now to mould his thinking into the players etc.
Liverpool's trust in klopp's loyalty paid off, after taking the managerial post in 2015, he took time to settle things down n eventually won 8 trophies. Utd owner must support Ten hag.

I have my gripes with Eric but for him to leave now seems silly he has one year left on his contract and had an awful lot of stuff going on off the pitch to deal with give him another season at least you won’t have to pay him off then and he can actually have what other clubs get as standard we should at least see what he can do in those shoes.

Man Utd are very poor at selling players - Rashford, McTominay, Maguire, Lindelof - not good enough. Shaw and Varane are injury prone. Casemiro and Eriksen have no legs to run the midfield. No way to replace all of them in 1 window. Even if Ten Hag survives - he will be playing with a hollow team that has no hope of a title charge. Set up to fail.
