    😳 I hate to admit this, but at least for me, this seems to be true. I was recently diagnosed with diabetes, and for the past 2 or 3 years my skin has been a mess. Rosacea, itchiness, dryness, and so on. When I started my meds, I also started to control a lot of what I ate, and started a skincare routine, something that at age 35, I never had. Things got a bit better, until a couple weeks ago I skipped a bit on my diet, and unhealthy stuff made it's way to my body. I've been having another rosacea flare up, the itchiness is through the roof... hate to admit it, but I need to get back on track.... guess it's my punishment for bad habits.

    I gave up drinking and one year later my skin looks terrible ...so its not alcohol.

    • @Freshie13
      @Freshie13 Před 4 měsíci +2

      I had the same, but it’s actually true. So the alcohol kills the bacteria, yeast and fungus that resides in your body, but it’s also the cause of the imbalance. As soon as you stop drinking the bad bacteria and fungus proliferates. But having clear skin was not a good enough excuse for me to keep drinking. My skin was perfect when I drank, now I have fungal acne but blue light LED has helped along with diet changes.

      Rosacea is unfortunately tricky. You can be very healthy and as a consequence improve your Nitric Oxide Production. For example: Fasting can increase the production of nitric oxide in the body. Nitric oxide is a molecule that relaxes and dilates blood vessels, leading to vasodilation. Or you can eat bad and cause inflammation.
      Try prescription sulfur wash or when you have terrible flares, crushed aspirin with yoghurt mask. It helped me alot

      Fruit sugars break down to glucose - which is sugar. Drinking a sugary drink such as a fruit smoothie, or a Starbucks Frappacinno, is akin to using an IV to pump liquid sugar into your veins. The body CANNOT PROCESS this much sugar at once. The cells use insulin, which act as doorways to allow sugar ( and other very important nutrients such as proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals) to enter the cells and FUEL THE BODY. BUT - if the cells are inundated with so much sugar, the insulin says “stop no more!”, and no longer act as a doorway to allow nutrients into the cell. The insulin receptors essentially becomes “resistant” because of the daily inundation of too much sugar. The resistance Insulin receptors have become a closed door and disallow ANY FUEL be it sugar, proteins, fats or nutrients into the cell. This is why a diabetic is actually starving themselves-

    Pls people leave his Zit alone and be compassionate. Many Asians have very oily skin. People with acne have suffered, and they rise up to become humble, good human beings - who then go on to medical school, and therefore make videos such as this one helping people, regardless of the zit on their nose. (Sorry run on sentence.) But I know this, because I’m in partnership with a man who is Japanese, and essentially he had a war zone of acne on his face in college… And he is a humble, talented, brilliant man who loves me very much.
