    U did not mix ur batter properly... There are so much of lumps whn u poured it into tin... But hw ur showing perfect cake at end... Looks like u baked one and showing one at the end😁

      Even if you put lumpy batter in your moulds the cake will still bake properly....I'm doing that since years.

    I think baked sponge is different than you showed in the video because in video there are lumps in the batter but I ll definately try your recipe and give you feedback

      Use convection mode ( lower heat mode) bake 180° for 30-40 mins
