1/2 bath in the laundry room would be nice as the only bathroom is at one end past the bedroom 😢

Yeah like others are saying, a half bath in the laundry room would have been perfect, especially since it's close to the door.
I don't usually have a T.V. in my bedroom so I appreciate the big window & huge dresser - fantastic job on storage.

Very nice! I don't need a T.V. in my bedroom so having a large dresser surface would be a bonus for me. I just need the bed to be smaller with more end table space. This would be a great unit for an extended camping trip of several months (like snowbirds going to Florida for the winter) or full time living especially with that dedicated laundry room! Oh my! Love all the drawers in the kitchen and yes, I would love to have a pull out system under my kitchen sink in my house.

Ditto-would rather have a 1/2 bath than a laundry area. Looks great, and storage is fantastic.
Thank you again, JD, for a great tour. I love the layout except 2 things. The TV isn't in a great place to view from either sofa or theater seating. The other thing is I would have loved the laundry room to also be a half bath. The washer dryer could fit in the bedroom closet and then the half bath instead of the laundry room.
FINALLY an actual room instead of some mid bunk bullshit lol. A true couples home away from home.
I still like those one or two rvs ive seen that have the mid-tv-room. They still get thumbs downs for having fold-down bunks, but a study/tv room instead of a dedicated bedroom was stillgood.
I like the separate water bay, peace of mind in case of water leak. This RV hit every must have for a full timer IMO.
Love the RV. The only thing I don't like, is the way the living room tv is set up. It looks like you have to swing it way out to watch, and then only
from one side.

Very good video review of this nice unit. Love the overall layout, and they nailed it with the color scheme. The kitchen storage is impressive, but I would be worried about the wear and tear on the frame with the refrigerator bouncing around with this rear kitchen layout. Only a couple of minor recommendations. The leveling control panel should be located where you can see what you're doing when hitching/unhitching, such as in the front wet bay, or in its own panel (preferred). The inside control panel should be covered so children can't easily access it, and I would angle the toilet for more leg room. No medicine cabinet, which I commented on one of your Jayco videos. This must be the trend on new units.
I'm not a fan of the wet bay being so far forward, and I couldn't really tell, but the auto leveling seems like you have to reach into the bay to access it. Love the big bedroom/bathroom and the closet!!

A lot of people say they'd rather have the half-bath in the laundry room. I would rather have the laundry room than a half bath. I prefer medicine cabinets over the bathroom sink for storage

I’m with others. To me, unless you are full timers or take frequent long trips, the laundry room is wasting space or at least the way it’s set up is wasting space. Don’t like the only bath being through the bedroom. Otherwise to me, looks very nice.
Kitchen is nice but I don’t want anyone coming through my bedroom to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night 👎
Tbf it’s a couples RV so that wouldn’t usually be an issue
This is a couples trailer. I own one. Only me and wife using that bathroom.
Beautiful! I would give 2 recommendations- 1. Split windows on bedroom with tv in the middle 2. Upgrade the bathroom sinks/vanity top.

Symmetrical tv/window is fine to me. Maybe aome people prefer to look in one direction over the other, and don't want to be shoehorned into a side. Some people don't like tv and won't even put one in.
Nice unit. I was expecting it to be a lot heavier for the size and the amenities it has.

Beautiful kitchen ruined by the floor vent right in front of the sink! They spend all the time & money to design and build a very nice functional RV but cannot figure out how put the floor vents in a less conspicuous place - sad!! I wish someone would design a ceiling based heating system so we never have to deal with floor vents ever again.
Colors, layout and storage are all good. Like the kitchen with eating bar. Appreciate the desk area. Master bedroom, bath & closet are awesome! Do agree with others - laundry room is great but needs a half-bath.
Can you show toy boxes ? Specifically a ATC all aluminum toy box pull trailer .
The windows above the desk and the small couch don’t open at all. I am wondering when rv manufacturers are going to realize that most of us want windows that open …. All the way… (not 6”) so we can have airflow. I see a rig that I like and it has the frameless windows and it’s a deal breaker right out the gate.

Nice kitchen but no pantry. Forest river needs to figure out new night stands, those are horrible. Nice closet. Don’t like the placement of the tv to recliners. Guests walking through your bedroom is a no for me. Finally lighter colors.
Your content is always very informative. Lately you’ve been describing very interesting units, however they’re not Silverado 2500 compatible. Could you feature 5th wheels in this category with accommodations for that second couple. We need a place for our friends to sleep with a bit of privacy.
There aren’t many 40ish foot 5th wheels with sleeping arraignments for multiple sets of adults that are towable by a ccsb 2500 diesel due to payload capacity. Even with the increased gvwr of the GM 2500s a pin weight of above 2500lbs will exceed the payload capacity of the truck with passengers, hitch and other cargo. Diesel 2500s don’t make much sense for towing fifth wheels.
A better solution than trying to build a unicorn large 5r that is 3/4 towable is to buy a 1 ton long bed truck and be able to tow anything short of the biggest toy haulers
You can pull these with newer 2500s, though this would be too big for my 2004 2500.
