This is what I eat almost everyday 😁. I agree sis., oats is one of the most healthiest and cheapest foods to buy. I love both methods, they always turn out well, I will try out the olive oil hack, thanks for sharing 👍👍
This is what my mom and I eat. It’s very healthy and taste good too 🥰 and thank you for sharing this. We do it the microwave way which is very simple and convenient
Quaker oats is the best, using it for fufu is the healthiest fufu one can enjoy. Blending the oats into a powdery form makes life easy. I like the touch of olive oil, it added a glossy touch. Thanks for sharing Dearest Sister.
I love this. A very healthy food to eat. I’ve always wanted to switch to it bcos I have fibroids, and this video is a life saver. Thanks sister. You just earned a new subscriber..
Amazing and easy way of making oat flour. The oat fufu looks delicious and the oil give it a very smooth looks. The both methods are fantastic. Well done
Cheap and healthy. This is a stable swallow for me. Both methods are great. Using a non stick pot to turn swallow makes so much different, this I have learnt from your channel. TFS
Sis your pot alone is enough appetizer 😊 it's beautiful. Adding oil is a lovely tip. I normally go by the second method of adding room temperature water but I cook on stove not microwave. Will give the microwave style a try. Thanks for sharing👍
So what if we don’t have a blender at the moment, if we were to let the oat boil as we stir continuously, would we still get the same results into a mush? I will test my theory out but I wanted to know if someone has already tried it 😊
Oatmeal fufu is what we eat. It is healthy and also very good and easy to make. Both ways are easy to follow. Thanks so much for sharing.

I agree completely, it gives it a smooth consistency
So what if we don’t have a blender at the moment, if we were to let the oat boil as we stir continuously, would we still get the same results into a mush? I will test my theory out but I wanted to know if someone has already tried it 😊

Very interesting stuff thanks for your service, but I have been monitoring for the past few weeks, just let me know if it's help for weight loss.?
My first batch came out terribly. But the second one is really coming together! I used stove method.
It's more trouble to transfer the oatmeal from the bowl to the blender than it is just to pour the oats from the box into the blender.
Quaker oats is different from oat meal
😂😂😂😂😂 not fufu
This looks so yummy and it seems easy
Thank you Toya.
Very nice
