      Hiii Nwadi, the grain oats is the same, but processed differently for consumption. The quick oats have a lot of the nutrients striped off. The others are way less processed

      So sorry this reply is late. With cancer, it's truly complicated and not something I would just prescribe nutrition for without personal consultation. but fasting is a must for cancer. Extended water fasts starting from 24 hours, then 36, then 48hrs. but it should also be done under professional supervision
