    Only a good blender can get that smooth powdery consistency. I missed Tuwo Shinkafa. Serving in Kano State during NYSC gave me the opportunity to try out lots of Northern delicacies.

    I use the second method a lot because hubby is a lover of rice swallow but I will try the first method also with brown rice as I've only used white rice. I love it. Thank you

    Your blender is a strong one. I haven't had tuwo in some many years. I love the fact that you used brown rice. All I can think of now is the Okra soup I have in the fridge

    I almost didn’t watch your video because my first and only experience making fufu was a long and tortuous experience, lol. And, my boyfriend’s mother was showing and helping me. Maybe she didn’t like me so she was showing me the hard way. 🤣🤣🤣 it didn’t work out w/me and him and I’d never thought I’d make fufu again until now!!! Thanks, for sharing.

    Chaaii see how smooth the end result is, you wrapped them so so neatly.
    I'm going for the second method, blending with water helps me control the lumps when stirring.
