  • Learn to drive the Glossop Line, from Manchester Piccadilly to Hadfield via Glossop, like a professional train driver.
    In this route leering video, I take real world route learning principles and apply them to train sim world 3. You will learn the names of all the stations, junctions and points of interest on the way. Speed Limits and braking points for stations, will make sure that you are driving an on time and HUD LESS train service every time!

    This video definitely feels like your early open BVE ones which also had a lot of good info re driving principles etc. Some nice new touches with the speed limits, junctions, etc listed on screen.

    Cool! Bought this today, played Piccadilly to Hadfield with you driving it on my second screen - route learning! Now off to drive the route hud-less with my notes. Fabulous! Cheers Rich!

    Looks good - I think I will buy this as I really enjoyed the cross city route. On disapointment though is that their is no guard control - especially considering that open BVE had full guard simulation!

      It is something I would love to see added to the game.

    Hi @DadRail love the videos. Just wondering wether you have any audio tweaks in .ini settings or anything. All the traction motor sounds ect in your videos are crystal clear, but I’ve just got the route and the only thing I can hear in the cab is that hum unless I turn to look at the back wall. Can barely hear the door beeps either

    Hey quick question. I noticed you're going straight to power notch 4 when leaving stations.
    Assuming no problems with adhesion, is that common practice on all British EMUs?

    • @DadRail
      @DadRail  Před 11 měsíci +1

      It depends on the traction and the company’s operating instructions. When I was a driver for SE it was the the way we were taught.

    Thank you for your reply. I have an i3 10100, AMD 570, with 4GB vram, and 8GB of system ram. Is this ok to run this game?

      @DadRail  Před 11 měsíci +1

      I think it will run it. You may have to turn the graphic settings down a little to get a decent frame rate.
