I BOUGHT COZMO 2.0 IN APRIL OF 2021, WHERE IS IT???!!!
DDL are in financial trouble.
I pre-ordered a Vector 2.0 in Nov 2020, am in the UK.
No one in the European countries have received their orders of Vector 2.0, or Cozmo 2.0.
Lots of customers are bring refused refunds, emails from DDL state some orders are in Holland awaiting shipping( doubtful this is the truth). I was told 2 weeks ago that my order was at a UK warehouse awaiting distribution. Again this is highly unlikely. I am one of the fortunate ones who have managed to get a refund.
Vector 2.0s have been delivered in the USA( as they don't have the stringent CE..or EEA certificate that is required in the European countries).
Those customers are experiencing major issues with Vector 2.0, overheating, unable to return to charger, getting stuck in a loop etc.
The DDL repair centre has shut down; some customers are not able to get their robots back from DDL .
Robbie Lucas Bussard, has now left DDL and seeking new employment.
H.Jacob Hanchar CEOs management of DDL is a truly shocking example of 'failing on all counts' to address ALL the issues relating to orders, repairs, production and so on.

Hello! i really need help with my cozmo. 2 years ago I got it as a gift and it worked perfectly. But now it is difficult to connect and once it has established the connection, the connection goes away after a few minutes. I've tried everything, even deleted the app several times. I don't know what's going on, but I want it to work properly again. it would be very nice if you could help me. thanks.
Edit: a new problem appeared my cozmo is (or the app) is thinking that my cozmo is lying down, but he isn‘t
If you still have the problem and you haven’t already I would contact digital dream labs and see what they reply with
I hope cozmo and the app get a update soon bc he hadn’t have one for 3 years now and I got him back in 2017

Ddl doesn’t have a single engineer or developer on file. Don’t expect anything to come out of this worthless company that lives off of anki’s stuff

digital dream labs bought anki after it shut down, they saved cosmo and vector, and even made a improved 2.0 version of both! but not sadly vector requires a month subscription

Good night, sorry for messaging too late in the night, but I’ve been trying since almost a month to cancel my order, and nobody has answered my emails.
The robot it was a present from my aunty for her son, but she wanted it for September 7th that wasn’t posible because I have to wait more, and I didn’t know that, I thought that if I had bought the robot, I’d receive it the next week.
All the emails that I have sent to you support team haven’t been responded.

This company won’t refund my Cosmo pre-order money from April 2021….!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬 They are using stalling tactics to never allow me to receive a full refund
You need to make your own ads instead of stealing the ones from when anki owned the robot, and the audacity to cut out the “anki” is disgusting. Please try better to promote your company.
