I have found that you can put a zip tie to keep the turn signal in place

Can you mount the BL6 design turn signals to the oem rear turn signals with out tail tidy?

I am assuming that you mean in place of OE signals on stock fender. When the OE signals come out, they may leave behind a hole larger than the BL6 can mount to. I do not know for sure because I have not taken OE signals off the fender. If you check that, and it turns out that they do leave a larger hole, then you will need an additional mount kit, like this one: tstindustries.com/tst-pod-turn-signal-adapter-plate-kit.html . I believe the Plate Kit 3 in that product page is the closest for your application.

Okay that makes sense, would the rear turn signals be plug and play like the front turn signals. Thank you for answering my questions!

@@user-dg5ky6pe8o if you get the signals coupled with the Kawi spec sub harnesses then they will be plug and play. This is the right harness for your bike: tstindustries.com/tst-kawasaki-signal-plug-converters-2-to-2.html
