First video in the Year abroad in Russia series yay! Planning this took a little while, but I’m satisfied with the timing:)
In this video, I explain the registration process prior to the travel, and the process after reaching there. I also talk about the accommodations situation as a student and my roommates.

Upon arrival in Russia, did the uni ask you to submit the hardcopies of your transcripts?
I can’t clearly remember but if they did the agent who helped must have given it to them. I think however, that it was given to them prior to my arrival because a lot of documents were scanned and sent.
Do I need to write any exams or any academic test before being able to take on the preparatory course?
No, the exams are after the course.
And also, what documents did u need to apply for visa, gosh I have a whole lot of questions to ask coz I already started the process and it's a first time sth obviously 🤦🏽♂️

I need your response on this; I got scholarship to study in Russia but medical report states that I’m hepatitis B positive. Every other test is negative (HIV, Hepatitis C, Tuberculosis) etc. would I be returned home if my hepatitis B is still positive upon arrival in Russia

International passport.
WAEC certificate.
Birth certificate.
Passport photographs.
That’s the lot I can remember…you can also check online.
