Though, the studies I read are in regards to intentional homicide, so I don't know if the same rule applies to accident. However, this isn't considering whether or not it was a subconscious impulse to actually try and kill her child.

Random Kingdom I think they should able to have kids because kids of bad people may be good. However when they have kids, they should be tested for being a good parent. If they fail then the kid will be given an actual good parent.
I kept telling my partner that people need to go through parenting courses and get legal rights before they can have children... all these stories are just showing how this really needs to happen sooner than later.

@@bcaye It was a bit of a hyperbole, but you have to agree with me that carnivals rig the games against people, with bottom heavy bottles for example to make it harder to collapse when hit by the balls, or making basketball shootouts at a weird distance to throw off people who play basketball. Sometimes it is a downright scam, I saw someone actually beat the spinning ladder thingy and the operator refused to give him money even though it is written everywhere that who manages to climb actually wins money.

As someone with an anaphylactic allergy, I desperately hope that mother never did that again. The feeling of your throat closing as your air supply is slowly cut off and you begin to suffocate is terrifying. There is a 6 hour chunk of time missing because I passed out from lack of oxygen.
