I'm chronically deficient of vitamin d after childbirth. Since then when I forget to supplement my body starts saying lie down in bed lie down lie down even though myind asks me to go ahead to work.
I had 4 of these (my wounds still healed quickly, like crazy quick and I almost never get sick. When I do it's like 24-72 hours and I'm good). I went to the doctor and all my labs came back perfect except for my vitamin d levels were a little low. Even if you don't have all 6, still get tested. It's a simple blood test that can be done during any doctor visit
I have moderately low vitamin d and have all these except hair loss. Although I'm not entirely sure what you mean by bone pain. Do you mean joints or in the actual bone because I do have some joint pain.

Im very low on vitamin d but only have one possible symptom. (Depression). Started supplementing today

I have all of those except for hair loss. I just got my test results looks like I'm pretty deficient in vitamin d. Hopefully, that's all I'm lacking.
I have long list of health problems i have really weak immune system and i just can't remember when was the last time i was healthy
