More information about Rome 2 Total War
Total War: Rome II is a strategy video game developed by Creative Assembly and published by Sega. It was released on 3 September 2013 successor to the 2004 game Rome: Total War. Total War Rome 2 is set in Europe, the Mediterranean, and the Classical antiquity period. The grand single-player campaign begins in 272 BC. Like its predecessor, Rome II blends turn-based grand strategy and civilization management with real-time tactical battles. The Warscape engine powers the game's visuals and new unit cameras allow players to focus on individual soldiers on the real-time battlefield, which may contain thousands of combatants at the same time.
Rome II features more sophisticated portrayals of each culture and civilization of the period, The game features 117 factions each with a unique unit roster from the Roman Republic, Carthage, Ptolemaic Egypt, the Seleucid Empire, Parthia, the Iceni, the Arverni, the Suebi, and Macedon.
The playable factions are divided into groups Hellenic, Latin, Punic, Celtic, Germanic, Desert Nomadic, Iberian. DLC adds Gallic tribes, Hannibal, Syracuse. Imperator Augustus adds Lepidus, Mark Antony's, Pompey's, and Octavian's Roman Factions. You can win a campaign by battles, sieges, field battles, naval/land battles, river battles, ambushes, port sieges, and navies. Even using diplomacy, Roman political system, agents, skill tree

You should put some house rules on yourself so the campaign is more fun especially the battles, maybe have 6 different battle strategies and roll a dice and when the battle starts you try and pull if that strategy, that's what I do because no great faction has never lost a battle...great playthrough tho

Yo Simpz, I know doing like how do videos ain't really your thing and fun for you but, seeing as how you have an amazing understanding of DEI. Would you ever be willing to do like a full walk through series for DEI? Where you still play but everything is kinda explained more methodically. There isn't really any good videos out there that I found that really dive deep into DEI like that. I think it cooould be kinda cool. Again, i know that's not really you're thing. just an idea maybe if your bored enough to try it.

MAKE THE MEDITERRANEAN A GREEK SEA but you must leave the Carthaginians and romans last
Take everything else around them first
