    If i were to bake the cake on an aluminium foil tray, can i just cool it with the tray & wrap with the tray & keep inside the fridge instead of taking it out of the tray.

    If no mixer can hand whisk?

    • @jenny2ong
      @jenny2ong  Před 3 lety

      It’s better if you have an electric mixer.
      if use hand whisk mixing time will be longer, so not suggest.

    Why need 2 type of sugar? The towel on the tray is it the same as water bat

    • @jenny2ong
      @jenny2ong  Před 3 lety +1

      Each recipe is different.
      icing sugar will not be very sweet, so add the sweetness with caster sugar is just right.
      water bath is different, it is more suitable for cheesecake.
      Thai butter cake you can try, easy and delicious 🙂
