Quick video on how I replaced my cracked screen on my MSI GS63VR Stealth Pro laptop.
I upgraded to a Matte IPS, 1080p, 120Hz Refresh rate for smooth motion giving me wider viewing angles and high color range.
This screen is way better in contrast and in color compared to the original screen. I am almost glad the screen broke so I had to replace it!

Stupid question: What happens if you change the screen for a 40 pin screen and also change the flex cable for a 40pin cable? I want to repair my ge63, but I just can't find any compatible screen. The thing is: I'm kinda curious to see if it will work with a different LCD that has a 40pin connector by changing also the cable.

Im not sure. I checked my screen specs before i pulled it. I have looked into it and so far I have seen it wont work with different ribbon cable
