I love how that was presented. My very first buyers agreement was much convincing them it wasn’t a scam….. atleast that’s how it felt. But this was natural and organic!!!! And it’s business so it has to be discussed. But it was done in a way that wasn’t done with commission breath

How about buyers that are thinking they can outsmart everyone, don't trust whatever you say even with hard data, have unlimited time to look at houses, and forever waiting for the unicorn?
Pass! It’s not worth working with them. Sounds like they will waste your time. They will get a reality check.
