All great points Tina! I think one of the best things we can do as agents (if we aren’t selling a ton of volume) is preview AS MANY properties as your time will allow. Things tend to look a whole lot different in person than they do from a screen. Also, watch and study the listings and the daily hot sheets religiously, but you’ve got to get inside the homes to see them in person!

Just curious after listening to this video? Jackie mentions she uses her experience and stats to win over a deal. A lot of your followers and those that sign up for training are new agents. How does one navigate the inexperience with no stats to back themselves? Everyone has to start somewhere with no listings, no sales no experience under their belt? Would like to see a role play on this type of scenario. Thank you, enjoyed watching.

How can I get one of your script books.

I use to own and operate my own company in RE 15 yrs ago. I gave it up after a cancer scare. Now I’m back, after losing our son 4 years ago and now my husband is testing to be put on a heart transplant list. I told him it’s time to retire and let me pay the bills. I was killing myself doing door dash! I felt God calling me back to RE. My mindset is stronger than it’s ever been. I’m grateful to have come across you. I was just re licensed last Friday. Here I go!

My two favorite women in Real Estate. This is too good to be true. I'm 46, got into real estate at the end of 2018. I'm also a contractor/carpenter and I have over 25 years in the construction industry. Once the pandemic hit, the lockdowns and the home selling spree, I was very successful. However, I did realize that most of my success was the market itself and not me being a good agent. My construction knowledge and people skills were enough to retain clients, and complete 35 sales during that time. Now that, the interest rates are through the roof, coupled with historically low inventory, we are no longer in that market and the phone isn't ringing off the hook, I need to learn cold calling FSBOs and Expireds, as well as door knock more than ever. I learned a ton over the last couple years but unless we have another pandemic, with the pace I'm at, I'm not even close beating my previous numbers. Seeing the success of these two and so many other agents that provide scripting videos, and knowing how well I can talk to people, I know with the practice and persistence, I'll be able to eclipse my previous numbers and my goal is to tripple them over the next 2 years. I love carpentry but its kicked the crap out of my body and I can't do it forever. Being a real estate agent is my retirement plan for now and these video are assisting with that. Thanks for posting and I love this content. Its very helpful for people like me who don't have people in their lives that have a passion for the business and can go back and forth with the dialogue. Thank you 🙏
