This is such great leadership advice. Top producing, 30 year veterans pricing homes precisely on every listing in my office truly amazed me in my first year. I realized that real estate was a complicated career that required an abundance of resourcefulness, to say the least.
All great points Tina! I think one of the best things we can do as agents (if we aren’t selling a ton of volume) is preview AS MANY properties as your time will allow. Things tend to look a whole lot different in person than they do from a screen. Also, watch and study the listings and the daily hot sheets religiously, but you’ve got to get inside the homes to see them in person!
