    Investing requires good experience and knowledge to carry out a good and successful trade, I have lost a lot trying to trade all by myself May I ask which investments are good?

      The best investment one can do right now is investing on real estate though stocks are good but ever since I swapped to real estate, I've seen so much difference.

    I LOVE this, thanks for being so relatable and transparent. It’s so nice to know that even someone on the top of their game thinks that prospecting can be the pits 😂 I love your tweaks on the scripts, some of the ones are not natural to me and I love how natural you sound.

    Unbelievable!!! I think/say to myself a very similar thing what you say min 40 - it's my job to convince the seller to hire me or they might end up with a mediocre agent that simply has a better presentation. That's my duty to be great at presenting.

    Massive value! 44:47 great use of probing to further understand what's going on in the prospect's mind and gather intel. Dig for those problems and present yourself as the solution!

      You can use any of the 'leave behind' and 'send ahead' tools in our eXp Marketing Center or your brokerage's marketing center! Its' all about impressions. Don't just dump a flyer on their windshield!

    Hi Tina! Great content. Can you recommend some good scripts (circle prospecting, calling expireds, calling FSBOs, etc.) Ive been searching for good scripts for a long time and all I can find is generic scripts that don’t sound or feel natural at all...

      I'm in the same boat, I read a book by Kevin Ward i think its called The Book of Yes, where he talks about rehearsing the scripts UNTIL it sounds natural. So I took from it, that I AM the one who makes it not sound scripted. That advice helped me. Good luck!

      Exactly what Luis said below. I modified all the scripts I found and made them my own keeping the intent the same... to help the client get what THEY want.

    Tina, when calling leads, if they do not answer do we triple dial the lead in one sitting?

      We teach on the team to either call back later in the day during dinner (or other time they're usually eating)!

    Where do you get phone numbers? For instance, when you want to do just listed/just solds in the neighborhood?

      We use dialers like Mojo or Vulcan7 for vetted numbers!

    I don't think you are allowed to call people asking for business unless they aren't on the non call registered phone number. Which law is supporting you to call people?

      It depends on the script that you use and the words you use. If you are not comfortable, do not make the calls. You also have to use a provider that scrubs list so you are compliant.

      She wasn't calling to get a listing(as far as the potential client is concerned). She was originally calling to see if the home sold and she then asked why it didn't and offered tips to help it sell IF she decides to list again. She didn't say hi, I'd like to sell your home.
