    UPDATE:
    Some of you have been waiting for an installation video, but we'll have to wait more. I am sorry.
    The 14mm one does not fit on my new KTM 390 ADV -- ride-by-wire throttle housing is too wide, so LRL Motors recommended using a 17mm one for this bike.
    Until then, let's wait. I am trying to get my hands on a project bike, soon. Will install this one on that.

    Such a great and humble review of the product❤️
    Can you please make an installation video of it?
    And I also want to know that which bike do you own?

      Hey bro thanks a lot!!! Yes, I will make an installation video soon. It was raining heavily so I couldn’t film it. I currently own a Dominar but switching to something else soon. Will shoot a video on it.

    O, wow... I too use a RCB MC on my Meteor...but the 17mm one. In hindsight I should've gone for the 14mm, but their website recommended 17mm for bikes 350cc and up.

      Hey, don't worry about it bro. I am sure the website knows better than me haha. Do tell me your experience with the 17mm though, if you don't mind

      @@thebloobiker Working just fine... no issues at all. Have done about 18000km over about an year and half. A boy in my office who rides a Meteor too, says it has stronger brake bite than stock. I havent done anything to the brake pads.

    Whats the difference between 14mm and 17mm…for r15v4 which suits better

    • @thebloobiker
      @thebloobiker  Před 5 dny

      The 14 mm and 17 mm are bore sizes within the master cylinder. Bigger and dual disc brakes need a bigger piston, but for R15 V4, 14mm will suffice.

    U said that really a good information and i have doubt that in normal master cylinder usually the mc kit will damage how about the rcb master cylinder it will come life long or if mc kit got damaged any possible of getting change of mc kit or have to buy a new rcb master cylinder

    • @thebloobiker
      @thebloobiker  Před 3 měsíci

      Good question, unfortunately, I never got the chance to test it long-term lol. But it should be much better than the ByBre master cylinders we get on our bikes. As long as you service it regularly and keep changing the fluids on time, it shouldn't go bad - at least for some years.

  • @weeabooartzz1695
    @weeabooartzz1695 Před 17 dny +1

    Can it be installed on R15, cause the brake bite is fine but i have pull the lever way too much for that will it suit that ?

    • @thebloobiker
      @thebloobiker  Před 6 dny

      Yep it will
      If the lever i too spongy, bleed the brakes PROPERLY -- local mechanics don't do that properly. Then you can look at better brake pads, and then this mod. It's expensive, so it shouldn't be the first upgrade

    • @weeabooartzz1695
      @weeabooartzz1695 Před 6 dny

      @@thebloobiker umm the braking setup has never been touched since the delivery date. And especially that spongyness feels whenever the bike is in the sun for some time and then I start to ride. Should I go for dot5.1 brake fluid and bleed it properly. As the pads seem fine TBH and just feels a delay of some sort. BTW thanks for replying back

      @thebloobiker  Před rokem

      Hi bro, I think you should go for RCB 17mm for dual calipers. They offer better braking pressure.

    What if someone opens the reservoir cap and throws it away. 😂 They should have given some kind of screw or clamp. I think their older version had it.
