There is another free Legendary card pack in Elgacia. If you go to the Wisdom Isle secret room with that big cube thing and touch the cubes in a specific order you get a title "Daybreak". Equip the title and go to the library in Elgacia with the big book and touch it to go into the secret room. There will be hidden quest on the right side for another free Legendary card.
For clarification, NO the title for this quest is not called "Dawn" on NA. It's "Daybreak". Dawn title is acquired from Twilight isle on the western version and is not the correct title. You need the title Daybreak from Wisdom Isle.
