  • During the development phase of both free flight and paramotor wings at apco, our test pilots put the wing through a series of tests, consisting of both the standardised (EN) tests, as well as many other in house tests deemed as essential by the development team. In this video we show a few of the tests done on some of the prototypes of the F3. The tests show how a wing responds to a pilot induced situation, without giving corrective actions, allowing the wing to recover by itself. This gives us the confidence that the wing will recover from most incidents without pilot input, but does not mean that a pilot should not give the appropriate input in any given situation.
We do not recommend doing any of these manoeuvres an any wing.
If you wish to practice, do a SIV, with a qualified instructor, over water, with all the necessary precautions in place.

Can you add brakes when the wing is trimmed out?
