  • I thought it was normal for the quick connect paddles to get out of sync. It turns out it is not. In this video I show you how to correct it.

    Thank you for taking the time to make a video showing the fix for this problem. I have a 1025R w/ an H120 FEL that just began having this problem. I could deal with it when using the loader bucket. However, when trying to use the loader paddles to move the 60D mower deck, it became an exercise in frustration. Something that should take less than a minute was taking 10-15 minutes all the while trying not to damage a $2500 mower deck. Again, I want to thank you for showing the fix start to finish.

    Thank you for this video, I just finished my arms by drilling out the holes 7/16 bit and like you I had to grind the back of the bolts and nuts just a little bit so they would spin. This was not hard at all and now they are perfectly in time, how sweet it is 😊

    I have this issue with our loader at work. The two JDQA plates are off by a significant amount. But I’ve found if you fully extend the dump cylinders you can easily connect with the hooks on the implement. Then just raise the boom and curl the dump cylinders back at the same time. I find it’s actually easier to connect an attachment this way.

    My 3032 has broken two of those timing shafts very annoying! 👍🏽😀❤️🇺🇸

    The real problem on mine is that the holes in the shaft are worn. I drillers out the holes in the shaft and made sleeves to fit. this worked. I am going to try the bolts along with the bushings .

      The nice thing about the bolts is you can tighten them so far mines working perfect

    I never even noticed that mine are also out of time on my 2025r. Gonna try the bolt trick cuz she's out of warranty.

    Is the timing okay when you have the bucket attached?

    • @MightyLittleGreenMachine
      @MightyLittleGreenMachine  Před 2 měsíci

      If I understand your question the timing is fine when the bucket is on both before and after the repair. The bucket holds the ears in the correct position. The problem is when there is no bucket the ears move at different rates. This corrects that so it is easier to put the bucket on.

    The dealers have no idea what TSB you reference. They say it doesn't exist.

      Roll alway forward then roll back hook to bucket or any implement top will stay timed lol

      In another YT video on this issue. The guy mentions in the comments section that his dealer was given a technical service tip (not a bulletin) from Deere regarding this. The service tip was to drill out the holes and install 7/16 bolts with lock nuts. Just passing along what I read in that video's comment section.

    Why didnt you just line up the coupler and tack weld the bar? Also for rotational torq you are gonna want grade 5 not 8. 8 is for tension strength not sheer force.

    • @MightyLittleGreenMachine
      @MightyLittleGreenMachine  Před 5 měsíci +2

      I actually did not realize that I will change them to grade fives although I don’t think there’s much torque there I did think about welding it this did work though, so I’m happy for now. Thank you for the information and thank you for watching.
