I've been playing bass everyday for about 2 weeks now but I'm not new to finger exercises so I was unkowingly pretty prepared to learn this song, dexterity wise, thank you!! Thank you for posting this allowing others without guidance to learn
You can tell this guy cares a lot about the sound quality. He plays with a pick to sound as close as the original track. I personally would never use a pick, since I have a lot more tone, volume, and projection control with my fingers.

@@lameahhhh I didn't even remember this comment lmao. Now I play guitar, acoustic guitar, piano and bass. You just need to be motivated to learn man. The thing is, if you continue thinking this way, you're not going to get good at it. So just practice more, and if you don't feel good playing it, you can always stop. The most important thing is wanting to do it. I got all those instruments because I really enjoy playing and feel like learning all of them.
P.S: I learned all of them by myself and you can do it too! so keep your head up.

I'm just learning the bass and I've heard that you shouldn't wrap your hand around the neck. is this true, or does it matter? Because you wrap around and play just fine.
