Pop Off Pressure Tester DIY

I needed to confirm that the pop off pressure was correct in a Tilletson Snowmobile carburetor I was rebuilding. Rather then spend $65 and wait a week for a tester to come in the mail, I drove to the hardware store and got the parts to build my own. Maybe you should do the same!
