I saw him at the LINQ hotel in Vegas he did this magic trick and we didn’t even count for him to disappear then he appeared by the main entrance of the theater within 1 second, This guy is amazing!!!
I'm pretty sure the guy on the other side is an actor who looks like him or he's another magician (that I can't remember the name of but he did this magic comedy show) and the actual guy just hid in a space underneath the floor

There is a reason behind everything. There is a superbly intelligent trick behind this magic as well. But you will have to be as intelligent as the person who made this trick to reveal it. That blows my mind!!! How did he teleport himself with his hands tied to the other side? This is beyond incredible!! The only explanation I can think of is that he has a clone and the clone was tied up with the zip tie but he appeared on the other side with the lady’s scarf!?! Mind boggling!!!!

People need to remember that magic is about entertainment and a lot of it is staged in order to give the spectators the wow factor. In this instance both the guy and the girl were part of the act, in fact, the guy was actually looking behind the table cloth during the act and they were the ones who pointed at where Mat was. The dude on the other side is a body double hence why there's never a close up or zoom in action and mostly shadow on his face. So where did Mat go? take a look at 2:00 and see the latch on the floor. Nonetheless, ingenious, clever, entertaining and most of all, achieved the required result!!Amazing showmanship!
