It has to be staged, theres no way this works unless it is staged. He might not have the audience in on it, but that Ramen package had the bill inside of it already and he might just have waited till someone get it in the store to them do the trick or something like that. The bill is an easy matter of switching the one he got from the girl from one with the serial number he wants it to have using slight of hand.

Peyton Miller Well, you reverse engineer it. The money can't have just teleported to the noodles, so they must've been in there in the first place. If the girl is not in on it, then the noodles would've been strategically placed in the shop when she was shopping so she would pick it/ the shopkeeper was in on it. It's possible the girl who is taking a picture of the note is in on it as she just has already taken a picture of the note from before. The only thing I can't figure out is the money to noodle flavoring slight of hand trick, it's very fast.

I think he took a picture of a bill and an assistant put it into a ramen packet, during the minute or so that he was distracting the camera. it was a simple matter of switching the ramen noodles, and hypothetically, the phone, although, as I said, I think the phone girl was in on it from the quick motion she and the girl behind her made.
I remember in the show Penn and Teller did called fool me, they knew 90% of all the tricks. They are all fake in some way. More than likely, both the girls were in on it from the start.
