the first 100 bill note had number ending with 070E and the bill at the end had number ending with 018E. you can see Mat sliding the spice pack from behind the noodle pack. If the bills are different numbers, then it is very sure that Harvey has signed a note earlier. so he was acting to be surprised!!!!
