I was working in a pawn shop in downtown San Francisco in the 1980 silver boom. Came to work with a line of people waiting at $50 oz but they were not there to sell, they were waiting to buy. A great lesson learned there!
I was loaded up on gold and silver during that bubble but wasn't working regularly and was forced to sell near the top to pay my bills.(lucky timing) Later when I was gainfully employed again I kept trying to tiptoe back into the precious metals and got burned every time. That bear market was long and unforgiving.
Silver jumped 6% in one day as a result of the fed update. Copper didn't do that.

IMO 2024 we will have a full blown recession. I think we are already in a Recession. That being said the Wealthy wants a recession. Why? You can buy assets on SALE. Anyways by the end of the day. DOLLAR COST AVERAGING is the best way to Invest. It takes away Overthinking. Always invest LONG TERM so you don’t get EMOTIONAL.
Lots of People are sitting on large stockpiles of cash ready to time the market they’ll miss the mark and pile in late either way people that bought early will win
One of the things I have learned in my 60 years is not to completely move in or move out of investments, if you have quality assets. It is better to trim, and then hold some cash for buying opportunities. That way if things drop, you have some funds to buy in. If things go up, you still have a solid chunk invested. I wish I could take back the times I bought or sold everything in a short period of time.

was in a similar boat and have just recently stated regular deposits into Vanguard. If things start to look less volatile and I feel more confident I can top it up more then. used to believe that everyone loses during a recession, but some make millions

After all the good news, and spot price jumping to $85.50, the U sector took a bit of a hit today, with URNM down about 3%. Not clear to me why.
No sign yet that the selling of U by miners that Lobo is worried about is holding the spot price down. I think Lobo is underestimating the supply deficit.
We are going to need 500 million lbs of uranium to supply all the reactors under construction, planned and proposed over the next 20 years or so. Not including SMR's. We need a 6% CAGR in production. I understand the point of the cure for high prices, but in uranium's case, there just is not the supply. Even if all the lbs being held by Sprott and others are sold off to just make up the deficits, supply will continue to tighten.

fed announcement today should be bullish
I cannot see a scenario in this PMs bull run where gold doesn't 8x or silver doesn't revert back to the historical S/G ratio of 16/1. So at an 8x gold at the lower range of $1k per ounce = $8,000 gold and off of $2k per ounce puts it at $16k. So this is not a move that hasn't already happened in the past putting silver at $500 or $1,000 per ounce. I think Silver is the most undervalued commodity on the planet. With the increase in demand for silver going into an electrified transportation, solar and wind powered energy, space exploration, military weaponry and medical device advancement future can someone please explained to me where my thinking is incorrect? Silver production being at a deficit over the past couple years, no new exploration and declining production I can easily see silver hitting triple digits within the next 12 to 24 months. Aside from the normal response the market is rigged by JPM and the commex what else am I missing?

@barryvenison6803 global atomic is actually building a mine , better grade and a monster elephant deposit.
As an investment I place a high % of my analysis jurisdiction. Bannerman and Paladin score way higher . As seen with GLO in recent months . Maybe less upside but more secure .Also Bannerman CEO Brandon Munro is up there with the very best in terms of shareholder consideration and ethics . He gets it done efficiently and quietly but always diligently . Bannerman is severely undervalued . BTW I own 11 Uranium stocks and that is just 1 so I am not on the hype road .. this is just my opinion on this 1 miner .It will do very well amongst others .Thank you .
That darth silver is annoying. Lobo is really the only one calling himself that.
