    My meal plan - coffee, if I don't oversleep, breakfast, lunch, supper. If im hungry 😜

    good point with this one mate. I imagine this applies to a workout plan too. (unless you are a competitive athlete) flexibility is better

      It's definitely different with a workout plan. A workout is something you go and do, so need a plan to follow for consistency. Food is something you eat every day, multiple times, in multimple environments and following a plan will fail at some point so you need to be more flexible with it.
