I really hope you do a recap episode here because of just how close they were to dying.
I also loved that you kept rolling openly, you could have rolled the breath weapon behind the screen and fudged it, but you rolled it openly. It could have been very bad.
And even despite that, I still loved that Maurice was so committed to the RP of his character that he almost got everyone killed. I also quite like how Grace and Scott randomly Roleplayed when you were setting up things a couple of times. Little things like that are really interesting and add to what can be quite a dull moment, as you are finding minis changing maps and such. I said it before but this is one of the best groups I have seen or played myself in.

I really like that you're drawing the map instead of using a ton of expensive terrain. Really makes it feel like a home game instead of the usual unattainable story game that you usually see in actual play shows.

All was well executed. Players were rolplaying as per character design and the game flow & set-up was on par. The villains were interesting and engaging. There was novelty as well as surprise. Bravo 🎉👏

Great episode! Too bad I fell asleep halfway through. The only thing that would make me fall asleep during an episode is COVID. Yes, I have COVID. 😡🤬 BUT I'm catching up late Friday night though!

So... They don't work as a team (but the intro conditions established that the group was forced together and comprised two conflicting camps). Gottfried is a downright liability... but he is playing his character (if only I could understand what he says half the time). And Avery is worthless in team terms, but quite useful to himself (perhaps actually playing his character). Dorin tries, but I wonder how he lived long enough to start this adventure. Apparently the advancement requirements for Cleric of the Twilight Order have more to do with paperwork than physical survival. At least Georgie seems to be a solid barbarian. These star-crossed adventurers were very lucky to get this far and stay alive. Can't wait for next week's release.
Interesting how all episodes--to this point at least--were done in one continuous session (bio breaks excluded).
The GMing was, as expected, superb. However, I am concerned for your safety Guy: You keep dragons right there in the room with you?!
