for fuel pumps you should be using submersible fuel line. It is not cheap but it is more than likely why that fuel line failed at 16 minutes into the video. That looks like non fi line that is being used at that.

Love the channel, always watch. But why not tune for full potential of motor? B series benefit a lot from degreeing cams. And the tuner suggesting to just raise the rev limit 😬 You should try a diff tuner with your cars, just to see.
