    Hey mate I know it’s been a few years since this was done but is their particular order you need to take things off in just worried I’m going to do it and the whole just drop and damage something thanks legend

    I want to lift my Nissan Xtrail. Do "strut spacers" increase ground clearance for my too ? I am just a bit confused with the english names of things

    Hey man, do these spacers mess with the cv’s? I want to install them on my dmax but just a bit worried if I take it off road I’ll snap cv’s haha

      Hey Scott, shouldn’t have any problems. From my understanding is that it doesn’t change the suspension geometry. It basically acts like a body mount lift.
      The only time you would have cv issues is with big suspension lifts

    Hey mate I've been thinking about doin the same just leaving the front up on my rg so guessing you have had them in for a bit how do they feel driving and are u sure you can get away without ball joint spacers aswell these are enough???

      I meant leveling up the front

      Hey mate, the only issue I’ve actually noticed is the front brakes. It makes a slight disk break clunk. I’ve had a wheel alignment and bob Jane couldn’t find any issues. But it’s a good cheap mod and couldn’t recommend it enough. I want to do a few more cheap mods and do videos for people

      @@aussiecustomgarage thanks for the feedback.... but disc break clunk does it happen everytime u brake? Or intermediate cheers

      It’s a rare thing. But looking it’s like the brake calliper moving under load

    Hey mate, great video👌👌👌 question??? how many millimetres were the actual spacers? Were they 40mm thick or are supposed to just give you a 40mm lift??

    • @aussiecustomgarage
      @aussiecustomgarage  Před 2 lety +1

      Hey mate, I think they work out to give 2 inch lift. They are 1:1 ratio or something I think by memory. So basically it gives 80mm lift I think
