1. Milwaukee isn't Los Angeles & the Bucks aren't the Lakers
2. The Bucks drafted Giannis & he's not turning 40 in a few months.

I don't understand how the Lakers would even consider hiring another "Rookie" Head Coach as they may as well have kept Darvin Ham as Head Coach. To consider JJ Reddick or even Sam Cassell would be another major mistake for this franchise as, I do not understand why they haven't considered hiring Mark Jackson as Head Coach or at least giving him an interview. The Lakers need a Head Coach with some cache and some head coaching experience where the rest of the team will automatically garner some respect for the new Head Coach's track record and the Lakers fan base would get on board with supporting.
