All I can think of is how loud the drones were on their end 😂😂😂😂
I have heard of many weddings calling off drones because of how loud they are. Kinda impossible to get around. Great for everything up until the actual ceremony
Hence you see all the flapping around of things from the air blown off the propellers. Best thing is to have a combination of drones, gimbal balanced DSLR cameras and some gimbal balanced GoPros
If you are using Mavic pro or higher with silent props (include mavic air 2 and mini)

What drone was this shot with if you don't mind me asking? Your work is amazing!
Thanks for the kind works. It was shot with a DJI phantom 2 with a Gopro 4 black in 2.7K 50fps. Lots of the scenes have been slowed to 50% and it was downscalled to 1080.

Probably, but battery life wouldn’t be sufficient, air 2s minimum I would say.

Where the internal close up shots taken with the drone hand held, i would not have dared go near the cake with the drone lol. Plus the down draft off them is quite powerful.
Yes!! lol The one where I pull away from the empty marquee was the drone in atti mode then speed up in post.. I also have an osmo for smooth interior shots.
that backing up shot through the door was SIIIIICK! I was just telling a client about that shot, and brought it up on youtube for her. Man got SKILLZ!
also the wind from the drone....on that table cloth coming out the door was so spot on whether you did it intentionally or not hahaha! Absolutely awesome!

I just bought the Mavic Mini for practice. Hopefully by next year I will upgrade to a better quality drone and start recording events.
The best drone for the price is the Mavic Air 2, cause you’re getting the best bang for your buck. I have the Mavic Mini as well, and you can definitely take wedding quality with it because most of the quality comes from the pilots skill. My dad uses the 4K Air 2, but he shoots in 2.7k cause 4K takes up a crap of space!
The Air 2 does have more tools to use in flight, the Mavic Mini is unfortunately limited.

The N1 controller that comes with most Dji drones is horrible, can’t wait to upgrade to an RC N1 or RC pro

Did you get full permission from every guest to fly that close to them, from the photographer to fly almost right above them? The start shots are very nicely flown but it would seem you have over saturated the clips in editing as the grass looks fake green. If you didn't fly so close to humans then this could have been a very nice clip indeed.

What's my horoscope sign got to do with this too? Helpful hint, don't be a dick! There's far worse shit going on in this World than a CZcams comment. Cancer being one of them. I didn't dislike the clip (apart from the music lol) I just felt some of the flying was too close to humans, an opinion I am fully entitled too.

Apologies to Aero Pixel for this thread being ambushed - I felt my opinion on your film was justified or entitled, I didn't say I hated the clip, not once. (apart from that song but it's because some companies use it ALL the time on their videos, like it's the only song they have and I've grown to dislike it) The golf clip for example, awesome flying... just felt you have over saturated a lot of your footage for this clip which is a shame as it's a brilliant venue...
I can say this has been put together well.
However under the CAA rules which all insurance companies have in their terms and conditions that you must follow to be covered I belive the closest you can fly to people and buildings is 50 meters with Permission from the CAA.
However you seem to be flying over people and really close which is very dangerous.
If that drone has a motor failure and crashes into someone that your not going to be covered by the insurance.
It was one of the subjects we were asked to talk about when I was studying Law. We had a right good debate about it.
