I dont like the phrase 'revenge porn' because the word 'revenge' implies that it is pay back for a wrong committed by the victim. 'video based sexual assault' is more apt but clunky.

I'm going to get a lot of hate for this. She absolutely did not deserve to have the footage leaked, and Stephen Bear was right to get prosecuted. However, why on earth would you consent to have sex with Stephen Bear in the first place? That I do judge her for.
I judge her for that as well but I feel that making a foolish decision does not mean she deserves the horrible consequences of that decision. I have a great deal of empathy for her. She is very brave to do what she has done and put her head above the parapet. She must have felt a visceral gut punch when she found out what he did. Then after that initial gut punch she probably had horrible feelings for a long time after. I don’t doubt that she has suffered because of his actions.
Because she's attracted to the very quality that she's attacking. Assholeism. She wanted an asshole and she got one. Now she's complaining about it.

It's 'did she see cameras' not "did she saw cameras". And, no, as she said, she didn't know she was being filmed. 11 months in prison, £207,000 in damages, lost his house & new girlfriend, & is now on the sex offender register. It'll be interesting to see if any women will trust him now. What right did he have to take it off his CCTV, show it to others, & sell it on?
She said she knew the convicted had video covering the outside of his property, and she chose to have sex in the garden with him. Yes, he should never have shared the footage, but Jesus Christ, take at least a little responsibility for your careless actions.
