He is 55th in the euroleague in PIR... I wouldn't give it more than "pretty good". (Btw Baldwin is number 3 on that list)
Ok the guy on the left is delusional. First he says he dislikes pana because they put some money and built a team. How do the other teams do it? Without money? And I know, it doesn't take just money, you need history, culture fans etc but pana had those things already.
Second, why excluding Nunn? Exceptional much usage in the 2nd best regular season team with impact, game winning shots, and so on. Stats tell only half the truth. Generally it's hard to decide on who is the best because it's a team sport, but that's why you can not just exclude him as well.

is it really a point of discussion on if Baldwin is a better player than Nunn? Baldwin "being around for consecutive seasons" is not a point of criteria on if he is a better overall player. K on the other hand came in November and has been the driving force offensively in leading PAO to the 2nd position, not the 7th. 3 level scorer, cold blooded, id even argue he has a better mid range game than Wade. Also Wade and Brown carry Macabbi's scoring. With PAO on the other hand, you have K, Slou, Mito, Lessort and Grigo all averaging double figures day in and day out, with Jerian just shy of 9ppg this season.. So when your scoring is dispersed throughout 6 different players, it is logical that Nunn will have lower stats. Just put Nunn in Macabbis team and imagine how many he would average.

What exactly Baldwin has proven in Euroleague? He is always leading in mid-level teams, without winning anything (except Olympiakos when he was not leading). And this year he is doing his best season so far (statistically).
Ok Nunn must prove more things in Euroleague as a rookie than Baldwin, but you can't even compare the career between these two until now.

I think this series is going to be decided mostly by panathinaikos defensive ability to stop Maccabi on offense

Even as a Panathinaikos fan, I like to watch the show and see different opinions, but sometimes this is just pure dislike, Nunn worst than Baldwin because Baldwin is playing longer in a lesser league compared to NBA, ok at some point just look at stuff without bias.

@@anastasiosfarmakis4185 pao finish with 23W and maccabi has 20W its a fairly small difference so its not your typical 2nd-7th seed + dont forget maccabi played just one game at home this season (because of the war), a team thats known for thier home success (15-2 last season) so i'm actually pretty confident that they would've got a better record if they had thier home court.
@@smoki1908 check the away game records...Panathinaikos has 9-8 and Maccabi 7-10...so talking about home disadvantage of Maccabi is just bullshits...The difference between them made the away games

Brown is angling for a buy-out. He doesn't want to be in Maccabi and he thought Real will just buy him out. However, Brown overestimated his worth and realised that he must SHOW a reason for any team to buy him out of Maccabi. The exit clause is rumoured to be $1M.
There is no chance that Panathinaikos will make it to the Final four. Maccabi will win in OAKA and then Panathinaikos will lose twice in Belgrade. I'm sorry but I take it for granted.

You guys doing analysis that even a 10years old kid could do it better.
1)First of all Maccabi should not play at all in Euroleague after the massacres that their government did in Palestine.Russian teams are out but Israeli not.Something goings wrong with Euroleague headquarters so the fact that Maccabi is playing on a nother country I see it as a favor to them and not like a under count factor.
2)Baldwin has the "know how" of Euroleague after so many years in Europe.
Kendrick Nunn is just 6 months here and achieved to be one of the key players of his team,which finished in 2nd place in regular season(NOT in 7th).
I just see this analysis as a big disrespect to Panathinaikos's work and Kendrick Nunn.
I dont know if you do it on purpose or you just have no idea about what you saying but better start doing analysis on another sport that maybe you are more familiar.

1. look at every stat and advance stats you want and you will see that Baldwin is a tier above Nunn.
2. These guys know way more basketball then the average fan (Which is most likely what you are).

Nunn had a rough start, he hasn't adjust 100% and he is already better than Baldwin..in NBA he was scoring as much as him here..give me another player with a ceiling like Nunn..
