I really appreciate you speaking about mental health and how much shock content and violent content can take a toll on your mental health. Too many people want to act like edge lords because they think it doesn’t affect them, little do they know that it does still effect their brain chemistry and health.
Obviously watch whatever you want (as long as it is legal and moral) but take mental health breaks!

Faces of Death has a mixture of real and fake. The guy blowing his brains out at the press conference was Budd Dwyer. I thought everything was fake since watching it as a kid. I only learned that part was real a few years ago. So I watched a suicide when I was a kid! I miss the 80’s.
