Ingredients :
4 eggs
1 pinch of salt
60g unrefined sugar (¼ cup)
350 g Greek yogurt (1 + 1/4 cup)
1 organic lemon
1 tablespoon baking soda
40 g starch (1/4 cup) - Jak na to + styl

Ok made this last night. Beautifully filmed, easy to follow recipe/tutorial, and I learnt new techniques to whip whites and yolks I can perhaps use for other recipes. But this is not lemon cake. It's a time-consuming, expensive (electricity) way to make a lemon-tinged baked omelette served cold. I had to stop the top burning by covering with foil. Sorry, not what I expected, although should've realized since it is just eggs :- ).

Tip: try squeezing the lemon upside down. The seeds won't fall out that way you wouldn't have to try catching them with your other hand.

Squeeze and freeze into ice cube trays. Transfer to a container store in freezer and lemon juice when you need it.
and lemons freeze quite well..Another simple idea is for your health..I have been drinking a lemon squeezed into water every morning for two years now...never again acid reflux, my joints and muscles are never a question (used to have to walk with a cane often after a serious accident at 39 years old..)..so you might want to start that for your whole family (mmm, how big is that tree?? ; ) I love the taste, but one can add raw honey if not....
