We recently went through a 15 week lockdown here in the middle of winter in Sydney due to COVID, Melbourne has been through even worse and honestly your recipes are what got me through! Watching them and making them!!!
We've always made curries using jarred simmer sauces, and I've gotten tired of them. So I made this tonight even though my husband kept cautioning me but making curries from scratch is very very difficult. Says the guy who absolutely never cooks! This chicken curry was DELICIOUS! Different from the Madras, vindaloo, jalfrezi curries we usually have, but we will definitely have this again. Thank you, Chetna!
Your kids are so lucky to have such a great cook in a mom! In the 1070s, my mother would make everything she could with ground beef and canned vegetables. To this day I cannot eat ground beef or anything from a can! Your recipes are always wonderful! Thank you so much, Chetna!💝
Your recipes remind me of my mother's cooking whenever I make them here. I miss her so much, we haven't travelled back home due to COVID.😭 Thank you Chetna for your delicious recipes
As soon as I saw this upload I knew what we were having for dinner tonight. It's cooking on the stove now and the smell is absolutely intoxicating! Thanks for yet another brilliant chicken curry recipe! X Verdict: absolutely delicious, although it was so spicy my poor husband couldn't finish his meal.
Hi Chetna, thank you for the recipe. I made it today for lunch, everyone loves it. I am using red instead white onion. The flavour and the odour are fantastic! Namaste
Love your channel and your books. First saw you on GBBO and it’s wonderful you are willing to keep sharing with us this way. I live in the US and love the friendly and gentle approach of your shows. So appreciate your vegan and vegetarian recipes. And you have the best clothing and jewelry style of anyone who’s ever been on GBBO.
Aloha, Chetna. Thank you for this recipe, which is indeed different from your other chicken curries (e.g. Punjabi-style, Tikka Masala, etc) - in particular that the chicken is not pre-marinated in the yogurt & spice blend. So this will be a great one to make in a hurry when there’s no time to marinate. Looks scrummy, am definitely going to try it. Thank you 🙏🏻 🇬🇧 🇺🇸
Fantastic !!! I will do this wonder to my friends tomorrow, because at home we are vegans. But I like to please. For us it will be a mixture of seasonal vegetables prepared in the same way but no meat. We are all going to feast, the smell must be terrible Many thanks for your Indian recipes which are always appreciated here ...
Chetna I have watched you in the British baking show and you were fabulous and you are even more fantastic now. Thank you for sharing this great chicken recipe. ❤️🤗
@@FoodwithChetna I don't recall. Perhaps with your trip to Wales, but not in any of the previous videos which all come in very well, and I haven't had any difficulty with other channels.
I think you are the only chef's recipes that I actually make. Can't wait to try this one. 😃
Thats amazing, thanks
