False, the real Canadians are the indigenous peoples speaking their own languages. Besides for Quebec and maybe the Maritimes being sucked in, across Canada you have small populations of french speakers and even those give up and speak English full time. I do agree with Quebec that you need to learn French here to be here mentality, for it is a francophone province that is a huge part of Canada.
