Kinfield Owner Is Overwhelmed With The Offers From The Sharks | Shark Tank US | Shark Tank Global
/ @sharktankglobal
Lori is normally super nice but sometimes she gets so petty when the entrepeneur is not considering her offer and goes out super late hahaha
She knows she the most successful on shark tank.
That was one of her most sharky offers
Haha I know it. I was waiting for Kevin to say “I don’t think she cares”
She was very greedy on this product.
But she also has the largest chance to succeed with Lori. Lori can grow that company in her sleep
This Tony guy seems very well spoken and sincere.
I think Kev and Laurie want to do him.
@@jaimhaas5170 whats wrong with u bro
I like him he seems really cool
Why wouldn’t he be well spoken? 🧐🤨🧐
Who is he?
First time Mark got real about royalties. You're getting money you immediately have to start paying back. It's basically giving equity away for free.
Yea, if u do royalties then no equity at all. Make it 250k unlill you pay back 450k or something.
my biggest problem with royalties, is that its "money off the top" this product may have a good margin right now, but taking money from the sale, is a very fast way to change that
Its the Same with equity but royalties are paid before the equity money takeout thats the difference. Also if they have no profit the royalty has to be paid. If they profitable it doesnt matter if royalty or equity if they make a million net profit and someone owns 10% he gets a 100k
Not necessarily because you still have the sharks with a vested interesting in seeing it grow, and if you need the money now you get a loan with no interest. If her main goal
@@davidhutch307 If they've got their money back, they have no interest in helping you. Their time is money. They'll only show up if the business skyrockets without their help.
Nicole trying to do a joint deal with Barbara and Tony.
Lori: I’m out
Me: NOBODY WAS TALKING TO YOU
I love her tenacity and how she didn’t crumble under fear. Great Job.
@@TheDogGoesWoof69I am a normal man and I agree
Funny how Lori goes out after she's CLEARLY out already..not to mention the worst offer given 😂
Lori is overrated she’s just a TV sales lady she knows how to roll out dumb gimmicky products on QVC but never started her own company or business like the other sharks guys only defend her becuz they think she’s “hot” she is literally quite the worst shark not to mention she isn’t very logical either
Lori was such a snake in this episode. The guest is trying to make a deal with Tony and Barbara and then out of nowhere Lori has to be like HEY GUESS WHAT EVERYBODY SORRY IM OUT!!!! When it’s like, what?… no one is even thinking about you anymore 😂
I feel like Lori and Barbara did one of those "switching bodies" things here
Lori has actually done this before (forgot the product). The entrepeneur was telling Lori he was gonna take someone else's offer, but right before he could finish his sentence she was like 'I'm out'. Basically like 'you can't break up with me cause I'm breaking up with you first'
@@joseph1140e😂😂😂 So absolutely true!
She was a such a sport and played along. I probably would have been like, I wasn't taking your deal anyway. Haha
Do you know why she did that?.. it's to give leverage to the remaining sharks to acquire a larger equity since there's no one left to compete with. She could see they weren't gonna pick her so it was a final f you to them. However they got lucky and Barbara and the guy accepted their lower equity counter regardless instead of using that and remaining firm on their original ask. You don't understand business enough to watch this show.
Laurie: “You can’t fire me, I quit!”
LOL. Exactly what happened. She should've just stayed quiet like Kevin instead of being sorry about being out and nobody giving 2 F's.
Lori going out, because her snake deal didn't go through lmao, so petty. I'm glad Nicole got what she wanted and so did the sharks. I hope the deal closed.
Damon, Robert and mark do it all the time
@@vishalmshekhar Daymond does it brutally the worst
Lori seemed so bitter 😂 she wasn't talking to her anyway
Those royalties are designed so that the shark basically gets the 5% for free. That's why Kevin always wants to do them.
Plus an ROI if anything goes sourh
his deals are always the worst - always one-side and benefits him only.
Royalties are essentially loans that are paid back a little every time you sell the product. So if your sales are slow, your pay back at a slower rate.
The business owners trade their equity for access to this loan. Banks / Angel investors would only provide the loan. When working with a shark, business owners get more: the sharks’ endorsement, mentorship, and access to their industry connections.
@@cubonefan3 so they in debt and he still gets the equity percentage for free
9:12 Best part LOL "Yes you have, Barbara"
Underrated comment. I had to scroll a bit to find it. 😭
I think she was like: "We need to fix that after the show." 😅
Kevin adds so much fun to the show.
However, to be fair, they all do.
Thats why he sits in the middle chair.
That was really petty of Lori at the end there.
Robert looks different in this episode
😂😂
He did a little side trans.
😂
@@jaimhaas5170reported for misinformation
And he changed his name. Why would he do that?
Lori getting the "we're breaking up" line in even though it was already well established that was the case. 🤣
Happy lunch to everybody. I like Tony he doesn’t try to F everyone with the extra bs
Yooo, watching this on my lunch break 🤣 Happy lunch everyone!
Even with highest volume I can’t hear
Get Volume Master, but yeah.
Yoooooo same I’m like hold up 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Open your ears then
@@mainvayne4203 they’re always open but thanks will try and open them more
Every ad is literally a jump scare
Notice how she answered questions directly. Makes those folks who always beat around the bush and can't give a single straight answer look like amateurs.
that was extremely generous.
I’m sure she would’ve said Yes to 15% for 2 Sharks.
Oh, I loved this. I wish her every success.
I forget that I have my volume all the way up because the video volume is so low, then the ad shows and I get startled because the ad is yelling at me
Shark tank, turn up the audio when uploading.
Cost of her products is insane. I'll take bites via bugs over bites to my wallet.
Ever got bit by mosquitos? You get bit multiple times overnight and those spots are itchy for like 3 days. Not to mention the buzzing sound around your ear when you're about to go asleep and you realize you're about to get bit.
@@Erivanci lived in WI my whole life so of course I have. Point being many of us do not need any sort of bug spray and we tough it out.
@@Erivancithere's cheaper products though.
Suit yourself. $20 is a small price to pay for mosquito bites
Or just sticky uncomfortable bug spray/sunscreen lol
lori was trigger asf this episode lol
Lori did the equivalent of “you can’t fire me I quit!” ..😅 LOL silly petty shorty
I wonder if working with lower margins, sales would explode. And this is across the board with products from other companys. I would pay $15 for the bug spray, but not $45.
After 3 years of business and roughly 3M in sales she is still not making profit and said she won’t be for another year and a half (at presumably 2.1M in sales per year). Lower margins would definitely sell more, but that wouldn’t necessarily translate into profit.
@@OvaltineJenkinsFxit is obvious thats it is not cash cow business but star business means they build a brand that might be sold to a giant company for big sum and make up all money invested with tons of cash!
Imagine selling the company for 50M with small equity to keep! I think that’s what those ppl aiming for
@@emadalruwishan8305also, with that brand, the bigger company or NEW BUYERS could invent or introduce other products which may not necessarily be bug spray but also things people need.
And previous loyal customers gets to buy those things.
@@OvaltineJenkinsFx Her cost of acquisition of clients is insanely high because of her price points.
She said her AOV was $45 but the bug spray price point was $22. I suspect customers add other things to carts like the chapstick etc or sunscreen
Love being forced to max out my volume to hear anything
sounds good on mobile
Subtitles
Then continue to "love" maxing out your volume" ... STOP COMPLAINING !!
Yeah audio is terrible
0:27 Barbara taking notes "mosquito is our state bird"
Ngl she seemed like a really smart and credible entrepreneur. Kuddos to her!
I just love Cuban when he reacts to Royalties. 😂
Here we go with the volume again.. I'm never going to let it go..
The few times, the entrepreneur knew everything about her own business and every number. Love it.
The audio is always low why?
Later that day, Barb called Tony to say she forgot her bank account number and for that reason she was out
Hey @PandoraApocalypse - 1. your Barbara post is a Blatant Lie !! 2. "joke"?!? if so, your sense of humor ... SUCKS !!
Can we keep Tony and remove Damond...and Lori was very petty this go.
Lorie's offer clearly shows how less she understands about royalties.
Can you make the sound lower? I can almost hear it
Let me tell you, the BEST spray i have ever found for bugs of any kind is Skin So Soft by Avon....and it smells fantastic.
Barbara is always a good sport 💕
so she triples kevin's money and in exchange he gets 5% of her company?
the latest few episodes has been literally on mute !!
Good for the lady. She got two great sharks.
Mark's face said it is a new episode, so I stayed to watch the whole thing.
I Love these Guys!! G
I'm sure the products are good but even Walmart has a couple $6 natural bug sprays that work.
Lmao! Me being from South Louisiana and she says Minnesota has a lot of mosquitoes.
When a shark is out they should keep their comments to them selves. 😊
I loved this product...i always felt sticky with suntan lotion and bug spray and if in outside all day...i wanna go home and relax not scrub it off in the shower...this i love 😊
Lmao Lori pulled a Barbara. "Clearly I'm out, and for that reason I'm out" 😂
Audio has left the chat...
We say the same in Alaska... State Bird
WHY IS IT SO QUIET
If she thinks the misquote is their state bird in Minnesota then I highly recommend she doesn’t come to Florida
Lory is so scared of rejection that she always brings herself out lmao
It's amazing after so many complaints this channel still can't fix its audio....
Lori is the sweetest
Ahh my lunch breaks and shark tank
What an interesting idea. I think this product will much better fit in somalia since the climate is very hot and there is a lot of mosquitoes. The percentage for people who are dealing malaria is very high and in my opinion this product will help very much.
Theres a big chance Somalia already has similar product. In Indonesia we have mosquito reppelant cream/lotion since 1980es
