Manual transmissions need to make a resurgence in these cars. I hope Ferrari/LAmborghini etc. take notice.
I would take the GT3 Touring over the regular one anytime of my life.
This is the daily driver gt Porsche car. A car for almost every situation
The GTS though?
@@davidknuckles6330 same for that
Gentian Blue with Satin Neodyme wheels works so well! Awesome spec!
"Doug is the type of guy" jokes aside, this is the only youtube channel where I've the notification bell turned on.
forget to say, “Good morning” 👊✊👎👍👌✋🖐
‘What have you got in your apron?’💍💄📿⛑🧢🎓🎩💎

The Cayman kicks 911 ass YET AGAIN!
[Can you tell that I own a 981 Cayman S?]
I offered Doug a chance to review my car and he emailed me back, thanking me and said that if he was ever in south Florida where I lived he might call me.
Great video!
Doug is the kind of guy to use “pedantic” and expect us plebes to understand.
Doug truly forgot the password for more dougdemuro. This video was made like a more dougdemuro video, brief overview of the car and it's quirks, short drive, and no explanation of the Doug score, just it's score
That price is actually very convenient. In EU with some “necessary “ specs it’s 200k €!
what do you mean by necessary?
@@vladimirchervenkov6949 mainly I mean tinted windows, carbon seats, Bose stereo, nose lift
@@ale7501 tinted windows are not necessary at all, they just increase the chance of being pulled over by cops
@@e4y34zdfg in EU rear tinted windows are legal, you can’t tint the front ones..
You know when you see something and it catches your eyes ! Man this is it . Someday for sure 🤞🙃
This would also be the GT3 I’d buy, shame I can probably only afford one of the wheels.
RIP "More Doug Demuro".
Doug: i prefer the more settle and less look-at-me looks
Also doug: own a Ford GT40
I must say that Porsche beats all other exotic cars manufacturer considering interior design and quality parts. Tnx Doug, good review as always.
Love it without the big wing. Thumbs up to Porsche for offering manual transmission to actually enjoy driving cars. #SaveTheManuals they will retain more value over time.
Ppl who complain about "manual in traffic" have not driven actually good manual transmission with matched clutches that are not overpowering due to poor tuning of clutch cylinder assist.
le manuelle 🥵🥵🥵
Photos and videos don’t do this thing justice it’ always looks super special out on the roads
Doug always looks like he really has to use a restroom when he's standing and explaining something.
Over 10 grand for a watch? Holy crap. The Porsche Design Chronograph 911 GT3 With Touring Package is reserved exclusively for Porsche 911 GT3 vehicle owners, you can now configure your timepiece to suit every occasion. Additional configuration options are exclusively available in Germany, Switzerland, the UK, and the US. The special edition starts at EUR 7,750, including taxes. Upgrades available on the configurator are charged separately.
This is the 911 people THINK they want, but what they ACTUALLY want is a 911 GTS with ~$10k in options.
Nah, I don’t want any turbos if I want an “authentic” 911
@@jatterhog why are Porsche fanatics so obsessed with the idea of a 911 needing to be naturally aspirated to be "authentic". Just makes you sound super pretentious.
@@alexnicol7104 the 911 was created in the vision of making the ultimate sports car, and the ultimate sports car does not have turbo lag. Therefore, I view the GT 911s as the most authentic for sale right now. I’m in no way a Porsche fanatic either, that is just my opinion. If you want to dream of a GTS, go ahead and do that, but I dream of the GT3.
@@jatterhog you obviously haven't driven a newer 911 if you think they have any noticable amount of turbo lag. By your logic the only authentic 911 is the GT3, then what does that make the rest of the 911 lineup?
@@jatterhog the GT3 is obviously the best iteration of the 911, but doesn't mean the others aren't "authentic"
Over here (Netherlands) the base model GT3 (no options) starts at $280,000, you guys are so lucky.
“I’m not gonna show you the whole car because I already showed you another version” I don’t watch every single one of your videos, Douglas! Give me a full GT3 touring video.
He didn't even rev it past 5K 😂😥 who does that in a GT3.
I hate that people diss the GT3 because it has a wing. It's a motherfreaking car from a race car program. That's entirely the point, it's the character.
I don’t think they’re dissing it, they just don’t like it. Let’s be realistic 99.9% of owners can’t drive the car fast enough to use the wing. I’ll be happy to take one with or without the wing.
hate the wing as much as much as I hate tattoos, so now you can hate me …
I love these kinds of supercars, super track capable yet "easy to live with"
Like the McLaren GT or any aston martin :)
Just with a 9k NA engine 👌😂
Funny, I definitely never see Astons at the track, and very rarely a McLaren (cuz they break better than they drive). Not the same at all.
@@hbullock True, but also the type of people that buy an Aston or a Mclaren might not be the type that would track their cars. I don't see many Ferraris either. Meanwhile Porsche has a big enthusiast racing scene so you regularly see them at the track.
That blue metallic paint with the muted gold wheels is just FIRE!!!
"All of the performance, and none of the flex" Doug, it's a 911 GT3. It's impossible to not flex in it.
Yep but the GT3 RS is A LOT more eye catching
If only the touring model had an optional back seat option for the kids I would be sold. 😅
When is Noodle getting his own channel?
Thissss is my doghouse. Let me show you it's quirks and features, and then give it test nap and give it a Noodle score.
I still cannot believe that Noodle is not called Dog de Muro
Doug compare everything handling to the Pista as the golden standard of handling in history of cars. Honestly I wanna try a Pista now I'm extremely curious now
Since there are no real differenes...I think doug wanted an excuse to drive it again...I would like to know the price for the watch option 🤪
Off topic, Happy I picked up a '94 Audi RS2 Avant, Hot wheels, in the same color as your car, Doug! I am an avid hot wheel's collector and DID not ever think I would get the RS2 you own! SUPER STOKED! (Also, Picked up a bunch of GT40's!) And happen to have the same Kia Stinger and older Defender you have as well! I have the majority of your vehicles as hot wheels! Only if they made the MB "Barbie G-eep"!
6:54 doug not going into gear when he touch the shift knob kinda made me mad for some reason. Who touches a shifter like that ?
My choice too. I am not going to run circuits so no need for a wing . I do want the wishbone suspension and a manual gearbox . I am grateful .
If I’m buying a GT3, I want everyone to know it’s a GT3! Wing and all. I don’t want them to think “oh , it’s just a Carrera.”
Agreed. The just like the “humps” make a Spyder a Spyder or a Speedster a Speedster. The wing makes the GT3 a GT3!
Look better with the wing imo, especially on round shape car
Doug doesn’t like to flex but he drives a Ford GT 😂
Im so happy that Cars&Bids is doing good :))
Is it just me, or does this car have the most perfect factory stance? There's like so little wheel gap, that it looks like it's been slammed on aftermarket suspension.
Well, that was one of your most exciting as well as honest video. Thanx for that 💐
Doug is the type of guy to give a 911 GT3 the same “cool factor” as a Taycan Cross Turismo.
In terms of "cool"
Gas > Electric
actually just submitted a build sheet, super stoked can't wait. build times are pretty long though, looking like over a year.
It's beautiful. If only it had silver wheels.
@@jurretiel7391 or black rims would look sexy too

How's the tofu shop going? Takumi finally got laid?
I'm surprised you even use the internet, Bunta.
The shortest video from doug!!!! 🤯
For a Touring model it still looks fussy in places. The last gen Touring looked really clean.
czcams.com/video/uGvvXlPJSfc/video.html
fussy? No way.
My uncle took me for a ride in his 911 Speedster over the weekend, and it was a blast. Now I need a ride in his GT2 RS.
