- 27th November 2023 marks exactly 365 days since my first video review of my BMW M4CS.
1 year later we are counting on for 6,000 subscribers and I am thrilled to share my experience with a 911 GT3 Touring (one of my dream cars) with you guys! This video is a sign of things to come and we are only just getting started!

Onto the car:
Firstly, I would like to thank Nosh for the opportunity for reviewing the car.
There isn't nothing quite like signing to 9k RPM with a manual gearbox. Porsche are incredible at making cars feel so manual, refined but yet edgy at the same time!

Finally got mine after 14 months of waiting and it’s the most satisfying car I’ve ever driven 6 speed manual

Car looks great with the gold wheels.
One thing, set your shutter speed so it is a multiple of your frame rate, stops the judder on panning shots and drive bys.
In other words, if you are shooting in 4k/25 or 4k/50, set the shutter speed at 50, 100 etc.

I'm 58 now and on my clichéd 'bucket list ' are driving a gt3 regardless of whether 996.1 or 992 😊 have driven a few turbos over the years thanks to a easy going former employer---they were great but almost overwhelming-----gt3 sounds like the 'sweet spot '😊.
I love 911s. I have a Carrera 2 which will soon celebrate its 20th birthday and it’s always just a joy to drive ( I’m also in the North Wales area) Money no object, a new Carrera would be my sensible choice for bumpy winding roads and I have taken one for a drive. It was a superb machine. It’d be interesting to see how the GT3 compared as back in the day they were more track focused. I’d have to select the fixed wing option though…..

I’m an HPDE instructor and amateur racer. Driven a lot of cars and have tons of track time in them. Long story short my father just got a 992 gt3 touring and its hand down the best car I’ve ever driven. Would it beat my track prepped vette or m3 on track? Probably not. But those cars are setup to the point they cant be driven on the road. The 992 gt3 touring is the best all around car I’ve ever driven. The 6500 to redline pull and noises make my arm an neck hairs stand up. No other car has done that for me

Used to be my dream car.... Now it's a 2025 911 Carrera GTS CABRIO... Not sure I want to pay another l another$30-40l for the naturally aspirated sounds...
You’re not just paying for the naturally aspirated, you’re paying for the feel and sound of the engine. Although the new GTS is very nice I will agree 👍

All I wanted to know is tbe 510bhp enough? Would a kidda in a golf r keep up ???
510hp is more than enough for the road. It’s the perfect amount of power in my opinion
@DrivenPlus but is it fast ? Does it feel fast like a huracan, turbo s , e63s, urus , etc..
Yes it’s a fast car. Not as fast as those cars you mentioned there but I’d rather the GT3 touring. It just depends what you want. I prefer driving feel and emotion (GT3) if you want speed then go turbo S

It's a good job the gt3 isn't all about the numbers. I dusted one last week in my Kia EV6. Embarrassing to have spent £200k on a car that makes a LOT of noise and is ultimately slower than a £40k Kia.
