This wonderful Jimmy Carter! When I was child in Bulgaria, a communist country in the Soviet sphere of influence, I was in love with him. I gave the name "Jimmy" to my cat! Even now I think Jimmy Carter was the most gracious American president, both in the spiritual, moral and physical sense if this word. A true Christian president, a man of God. God bless him!

My father is an evangelical pastor, quite conservative (though not as right-wing as me), but he always told me he admired Jimmy Carter, and considered him to be one of the only true Christians in American politics.

A great man
I’m sold, I like him I would have voted for him. He was blessed with charisma. I wish he had better economic advisers, the man is a humanitarian, a farmer. Humanitarians and Farmers have no idea how to handle hostages, or fuel crisis. What bothers me, why haven’t we heard any interviews from people off the street stating why they weren’t voting for him??

Now go watch "A time for choosing" or the 1976 convention speech from Reagan. It makes Carter's speech look like a kid at a middle school speech contest. That doesn't make Carter a bad guy, but it sure matters in politics.
Gerald Ford was also a model who appeared on the cover of Cosmopolitan, magazine for women, which was a magazine for girls!
