I’m 20 and every time I watch the Passion of the Christ I always cry seeing how they treated my Lord! It just breaks my heart every single time!! But it definitely shows His love for us!
Yeah i never get bored of crying when i watch the crucifixion of christ every single time ........i rarely cries in my life and i,m not so emotional or a feeler type,so i try hard to never cry......,but this makes me cry from my heart...and i wonder i,m emotional too.....

To have a visual take on how the crucifixion was described in the Bible, it's absolutely gut-wrenching. To think that He went through all of this for us is unimaginably heartbreaking when you think about it.

They manipulated the trial to sever the locals from Pharisee and non-Pharisee and Pharisees were only allowed to voice their decisions. God knew the Pharisees would release Barrabbas in mocking of the Lord treating “blasphemy” worse than murder and theft in the law. Even the Romans were appalled by their decision, but it was all part of God’s plan. To forgive the sins of everyone.

I remembered when the Passion of Christ was released, my mother wanted me to take her so she could see it......I let the tears fall while my mother silently prayed the rosary while weeping. It was such a hard watch.

First time I watched this I could not take the scene. So hard to watch, not that I don't want to watch but imagine.. An innocent man, just preaching something, did not do any crime but was sent to be killed. The same is happening in our society.. An innocent man accused of something which they did not do but eventually dragged to death row or imprisoned. Sure we are modern now but ancient times that is their death row. But much agonizing and painful

For spiritual people, this movie is rough. My grandmother couldnt even stay for the hole movie. Even for people who dont believe Jesus was who he says he was, this horrible torture and crucifixtion is still tough to watch.
I can't express the heart ache I have watching the passion, I cannot cry I cannot feel, I just have pure anger on how they treated my Lord and saviour Jesus Christ.

People fail to realize this but at that scene where he was being hit with the Whip with Claws on it the actor actually got sliced open by it ...and alot of other things happened on the set that almost made this movie not be made. God did not want people to see how truly Graphic the Torture was because it opens up a whole lot of things that alot of people dont realize...like how truly bad it was for jesus

I used to be atheist as well, I came to christ through having supernatural events in my life that proved to me God of the bible is really actually real, and it is 1 thing to have faith, it is another thing to have faith with a backup of why you have faith and even believe in this stuff anyways, this is really like taking the red pill, but most people want to live in dream land and take the blue pill.

Ashtyn it's not suppose to be depressing because we're liberated of our sins and His everlasting love and great mercy frees us from the chains of temptations and addictions. No, we really don't deserve any of it. But that's what forgiveness and mercy is. Giving it regardless if you deserve it or not.

As well you should know that the devil sets traps and snares for us. Politics is one of them. Look at how people have been acting towards each other without love. We're so divided that it's easy for the enemy to come in and conquer. The bitterness feels like a heavy cold stone in the heart.

Doing good in secret and the Father will rewarding you openly. Works without faith is dead and vise versa. You should only look at what God is asking of us and not what men who have free will have done and used the Lord Jesus name to justify what they did after Jesus has made the new covenant. It was warned that there'd be many wars.
Hi guys thank you for showing this video. I do want to say something though. It wasn’t a “coincidence” that this video came to you guys. The Lord uses other people to get you close to him, when I wasn’t a Christian I also thought it was depressing to watch “the passion of the Christ” but when you try to understand why Jesus died it all becomes clear. In the Old Testament God gave us another chance after sin has entered the world and we committed any sin to ask the Lord for forgiveness we could sacrifice a sheep which had no sin. But God decided to come to Earth and heal, save, be a mentor and show us what love is because we were lost…Jesus was the sheep we used to sacrifice to have forgiveness, if God wanted to end this world after sin had entered it he could but he did not give up on us and he came to save the world not to condemn it. That’s why after a person commits murder and he/she repents and God sees it in their heart that they repent it, they don’t have to go and sacrifice a sheep, they go and look for Jesus because he paid that sacrifice perfectly. He suffered so much for us and now he’s our king. This is not about religion, Jesus never talked about religion as salvation, he actually had a lot of issues with the religious people because they did not want to believe in him. Remember, Satan wants to blind you, he doesn’t want you to see Jesus. But there is POWER IN THE NAME OF JESUS ❤❤ I pray that both of you will see that one day. God Bless you 💛💛💛

I saw the 1961 'Barabbas' the movie recently it was awesome, with Jack Palance as great bad-ass.
But its a very interesting story which I believe some of its intended meaning is lost on Christians .

and from his appearance, one would scarcely know he was a man.
